Do I need experience in property or PropTech?

No. We care more about how you think and work than where you’ve worked. If you’ve built things, shipped things, or solved messy problems before, that’s what matters.

Is the team remote?

The team is remote-first with the exception of Product and Engineering.

What’s the interview process like?

No trick questions or automated testing platforms. A quick intro call, a working session with us to demonstrate competence related to your role, and a chance to ask your own questions. That’s it.
