Our story, over the years

Estate Agent Nightmare

Trying to find an apartment to move into in during the winter of 2021 in London, our Founder found a trail of bad behaviour from estate agents that included:



Unpunctual: Missed viewings, late replies, and zero respect.



Leverages: Withholding listings, inventing fake demand to drive up offers.



Deceit: Misleading descriptions, hidden issues, and half-truths during viewings.



No Accountability: Disappearing after the lease is signed

That's when the question became clear: why hasn't anyone fixed this yet?

Nothing but convinction

We started building with nothing but conviction.

No funding, no safety net, just nights and weekends writing code, designing workflows, and imagining what a platform without agents could look like.

Ideas to real conversations.

We brought early prototypes to landlords, tenants, agents, anyone who’d talk.

Feedback was harsh. Trust was low.

But every no sharpened the product, and we learned what mattered most:

What began as one app became three distinct apps.

Everything working together to replace agents, not digitise them. No launches. No marketing. Just pressure and polish.

We launched. For real.

F.estate went live with a full platform: listings, leases, deposits, disputes, maintenance, messaging, and more.

The first landlords switched. The first leases signed.

The system held. And the mission got louder: replace estate agents with software.
