We’re looking for a hands-on, data-obsessed Growth Lead to drive the next phase of F.estate’s adoption.
You’ll be responsible for building, testing, and scaling growth loops that bring landlords, tenants, and service professionals into our platform, and keep them coming back.
You’ll operate across paid, organic, and product-led channels, with full autonomy to build your own stack.
This isn’t a role for campaign managers or brand strategists.
This is an early-stage, get-sh*t-done role.
Your work will directly determine whether F.estate becomes a household name or fades into obscurity.
🚀 What you’ll do
- 📈 Own the entire acquisition funnel: traffic, conversion, onboarding, retention
- 📣 Build and manage growth channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliate, email, in-product nudges)
- 🤝 Work closely with product, design, and engineering to align experiments with user journeys
- 🛠️ Instrument analytics with PostHog, GA4, Hotjar, or any stack you choose
- ✍️ Prototype and ship landing pages, emails, waitlists, and invite loops, solo if needed
- 🎯 Work backwards from KPIs and constantly re-prioritize based on impact

💸 Salary Range
- SGD $93.5K – $127.5K base yearly salary
- Performance bonuses
