Something feel off? Say so — we’ll take it from there.
Renting is high-stakes. When things go wrong — fraud, harassment, illegal activity — it’s easy to feel alone or unsure of what to do.
Whether it’s a dodgy job, an aggressive message, or a tenant putting your property at risk, F.estate gives every user a safe, clear path to flag concerns.
No drama. No retaliation. Just evidence, context, and a team that handles it from there.
A Report allows any user to formally raise an issue tied to something on the platform. Reports can be:
- ⚠️ User-related (harassment, abuse, identity fraud)
- 🧾 Transaction-related (suspicious invoices, job scams)
- 🏠 Property-related (illegal use, unsafe conditions)
- 💬 Message-related (threats, abuse, coercion)
Reports are connected to the exact object in question — a lease, a job, a message, a rating, even an offer — and are tracked by status from open to resolved.
Click “Report” from wherever the issue occurred. Select a category, add optional evidence (text, images, screenshots), and explain what happened.
Our compliance team reviews reports in stages. Depending on the situation, we may request more info, pause activity, or take immediate action.
You’ll see the status of your report as it progresses — Open → In Progress → Resolved or Closed. If action is taken, we’ll confirm it discreetly.
You don’t have to wonder what happens after flagging an issue. Reports are visible, tracked, and actioned with full transparency.
Reporting isn’t just about a single issue — it helps us catch repeat offenders and improve system trust overall.
Reports are tied directly to platform data — messages, jobs, leases — so you don’t have to rely on vague complaints or hearsay.
