Every user on F.estate has a reputation profile, made up of:
- ⭐ Star ratings from other users (tenants, landlords, staff)
- 📄 Written feedback at key lifecycle points (post-job, post-lease, etc.)
- 📊 Auto-generated stats (punctuality, agreement rate, payment history punctuality)
- 🧾 Verified transaction history (did the job get paid? did the lease close without problems?)
How it works

You'll be given the opportunity to leave a review at certain points throughout your journey in the system.
📊 System oversight
The system automatically generates and tracks certain metrics which are surfaced as system-generated ratings (for example, whether they are on time with payments).
💬 Reply to reviews
If you need to reply to a review you can leave your side of the story or simply offer a thank you.
