Why

If you don’t know what was there, what condition it was in, or how much it was worth, you can’t protect yourself when damage happens or items go missing.

Inventory lets you catalogue everything before a tenancy begins — structured, itemised, and connected to inspections and deposit deductions down the line.

What

A digital log of every physical item inside your property. Title, quantity, condition, and value per item. Each item is:
- Linked to a listing

Assigned a condition (e.g. good, damaged, new)
- Updated with media, notes, and timestamps
- Reused across tenancies and inspections

This is your source of truth. Everything else references this.

How it works

Name it, set the quantity, value, and condition

📸 Attach media

Upload supporting images or video for proof.

🔗 Under Listings, synced with Inspections

Attach the item to a Listing so it's reusable. It will then auto-sync to all inspections for that listing, allowing the inventory items to be pulled in as an evidence item.

Modify quantities, condition, or notes over time as the property evolves.
